So I have decided to start creating recipes again! Cooking is one of my passions and way to de-stress myself from all the craziness from school. Today I tried something new with cauliflower, and easy of course (you know I'm all about easy peasy recipes). I did love them, but I had to make somebody else try them as well, so as usual my family were my judges. The results were postive people! Here is what I whipped up.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of riced cauliflower.
- 3 tablespoons od coconut flour.
- 2 tablespons of diced onion.
- 2 organic pasture raised eggs.
- Salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste.
METHOD
Preheat the oven at 350F (in roast mode if your oven has it). Mix all the ingredients, and create little patties, it makes 8 of them. Put them in a non-stick tray and roast or bake for 23 min.
I had them as a side with grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and a sauce.. so so good!
