Easy Pumpkin Collagen Balls (Paleo & Keto)



As soon as the weather gets a little bit chilly the environment feels cozy and familiar, maybe because of the food and the holiday spirit upon us. Definitely my favorite part of the year and I’m sure the majority will agree with me. This means cozy socks, comforting foods and cute decorations. November is the begging of holiday season and that comes with a lot of friend and family gatherings.


Thanksgiving has been always my favorite holiday ever, gratefulness is my favorite value of all! We have a lot to feel grateful, every second of each day.


Even in a challenging or uncomfortable situations in the end it leave us a valuable lesson that makes us the persons we are now. Listing all the things I feel grateful will take me a long time; so I will just tell you this, don't underestimate anything weather it is sentimental or material. Appreciate every second of your life and always look forward to that valuable lesson.

Easy Pumpkin Collagen Balls

INGREDIENTS

(Makes about 16 balls)


-1 cup of 100% Pumpkin Puree

- 4 tablespoons of nut butter

- 1 cup of coconut flour.

- 4 scoops of collagen (skip for vegan version)

- Cinnamon to taste.

- Clove to taste.

- 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit (PURELYHL for discount)



METHOD

Mix all the ingredients, and form little balls. Place them in a baking tray separately and let them freeze for 2 hours. Once they are nice and firm your pumpkin collagen balls are ready to serve.
