Keto Cookie Dough Cups

Probably I love cookie dough as much as I love Franky, my bull terrier, I have always been a dog lover. Since I have memory a dog has always been present in my life. Franky was actually a kind gift from my dad's friend, and if I'm being honest we were not planning on keeping him because we already have two dogs. Three sounds like a multitude! Specially because Franky is very mischievous!

Why am I telling you the story of Franky? Just because he is right here next to me as I'm writing down this blogpost.

The other day I was thinking about a creating way to use this cookie dough (which BTW taste amazing, best one I ever had, hands down!) As much as I love eating it my the spoonful I wanted to take it to a whole new level. My brilliant idea? COOKIE DOUGH CUPS, and they are seriously amazing!

I thought that doing stuffed cups were hard to make, and actually they were super super simple! And you know I love simple recipes so here you've got! Plus this recipe is keto friendly for and vegan, the cookie dough that I used is made from natural ingredients and 1gr of sugar per serving (the one that the container says).

NOTE: please don't forget to add the sea salt on top, it makes it even more magical!
