Pili Nut Apple Pie Bites (Creamy Dreamy)

This recipe is for all my friends who love easy recipes and for those who love a nice summery treat ready eat at any time. Just a grab and go! As the average human being in this world I have a sweet tooth.. can you tell already by all my recipes? And do you know what else? I love to keep them with no blood sugar effects, meaning that they won't spike your glucose levels in your blood after eating one of my treats.

So mostly of my recipes are low carb because of the health benefits of keeping your glucose levels stable. I think that desserts are the most hackable recipes to do! We have now so much variety EVERYWHERE in our supermarket but please always read your ingredients! Know what you are eating, know the source.

I love supporting companies that offer good ingredients, of course I always do my research. That's one thing I want to encourage you, and to support companies that support your health!

This bites have some of my favorite products, you can customize it as you like.. no need to buy new products but this ones are companies that they are growing and making a great job with their products ingredient and taste wise! And did I mention that these bites taste just like ice cream and you only need 5 ingredients?
