Calling out all chocolate lovers... and cookie monsters too! This recipe hits the spot for both. Or as least for me! Just the perfect combination of antioxidants, protein and fats just in a healthy treat. No oven or blender needed today! Just a bowl and a spoon, it doesn't get any easier so there's no excuse on missing this recipe out.


I love doing random but not so random recipes in the kitchen, I love cooking as much as I love working out and doing some self-care time but I'm also lazy when it comes to cleaning and putting all the dishes away... and I know I'm not the only one!




Here's a simple but EXTREMELY delicious recipe perfecto for students on the go, busy moms, busy dog moms, business men... EVERYONE! This is way to easy as I said before. The mix of flavors is a bomb of goodness in your mouth, one won't be enough but I'm so happy to say that this recipe is:

Keto Mocha Cookie Dough Bites

INGREDIENTS (Serves 12)


- 3/4 cup of Nuzest chocolate vegan protein powder or coconut flour

- 1 Tbsp of cacao powder

- 1/3 cup of monk fruit

- 1 tsp of cinnamon

- 1 cup of water or almond milk


METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl add the protein powder, cinnamon, monk fruit and cacao powder and mix.

  2. Add the water into a the bowl and mix until you get a smooth consistency.

  3. Pour the mix in 12 muffin cups.

  4. Top each portion with the cookie dough. Freeze for 3-4 hours.

  5. ENJOY!
