Air-Fried Chicken Ranch Tenders

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 slices of chicken breasts
1/2 cup of egg whites
2 tbsp of ranch mix seasoning
1/3 cup of crushed Ready Nutrition sea salt protein puffs (or gluten free flour)
Instructions
Cuts the chicken into tenders and season with ranch seasoning mix.
Cover the salmon cubes in the egg whites followed crushed sea salt puffs.
Air fry the chicken tenders for 22 minutes 365F.
Serve with with salad and your favorite dip and enjoy!
