Almond Croissant Blondies

Serves 9 bars


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp of baking salt

  • 2/3 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/4 cup of ghee

  • 1/2 cup of Justin's Cinnamon Almond Butter

  • 1 whole eggs

  • 1 yolk

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of almond extract

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the blondies, save half of the almonds for topping.

  3. Add the wet ingredients along with the, almond butter and ghee, mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Transfer the batter into an 8x8 baking dish, top with leftover almonds.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
