About these Apple Caramel Berry Crunch Bars:
How can we say no to a good apple caramel combo recipe? There's something irresistible about the taste and texture that I just couldn't resist using this apple cinnamon cereal in a bar! I also wanted to include some keto blueberry muffins I had... EPIC COMBO!
In this recipe we are using simple ingredients and nutrient dense. From the MCT to thickness, protein and some beef gelatin to the recipe... just easy and delicious recipe that you cannot miss out.
The Base, Vegan Protein Goodness:
Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Plant Based Protein, their ingredients are always the best and the taste is always delicious too, this smooth vanilla is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent vanilla milkshake (keto and gluten free!).
Crunchy, melts in your mouth and just the best of both worlds. For snack or dessert these bars are just a great idea and good to keep in your freezer, no need to bake or cook... so this recipe is basically fail proof.
Made with simple ingredients and minimal steps that makes these bars even better and convenient, only the best way to start the day; gluten free, low carb and dreamy tasting snack, breakfast or treat.
And because we all love a good easy and convenient snack I kept it super easy, made with the simplest ingredients that are also good for you!
Key Ingredients:
Okay, so as I mentioned earlier I'm using Magic Spoon Cereal, that it's also low carb, high protein and gluten free. It's just perfect and I loveeee it so much. I'm using the Apple Cinnamon (but you can use the cinnamon in case they ran out since it's limited edition) cereal for this recipe but all of their flavors are just sooo good!

Magic Spoon Cereal - Apple Cinnamon (purelyhealthyliving for discount)
