I used Simply Delish sugar-free caramel pudding mix, UHT cow milk, unsweetened almond milk, apple puree and miso as a key ingredients of this recipe.

Apple Miso Caramel Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup of 2% milk

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein

  • 1 tbsp of miso paste

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 2 tbsp of Simply Delish Caramel Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)

Mix-Ins

  • 1/2 cup of chopped apple

  • 1/2 chopped Ready Nutrition Salted Caramel Cashew Bar


Instructions.

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender or milk frother.

  2. Cover and freeze overnight.

  3. Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.

  4. Add your toppings (save some for topping) and Re-Spin.

  5. Serve the ice cream and add your leftover toppings.

  6. Enjoy!
