Apple Chai Tiramisu Cups

Serves 2
Ingredients
Apples
1 chopped apple
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of maple syrup (you can use sugar-free)
Parfait
1 1/2 cup of TruWhip Original Whipped Topping
4 lady fingers
1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of plant-based milk
1 chai tea bags
1/8 tsp of sugar-free caramel stevia drops
Instructions.
Thaw your TruWhip in advance 4 hours before preparing your recipe.
Mix the apple with vanilla and maple syrup.
Microwave for 2 minutes and let them cool completely.
Steep the tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag and pour the milk and add stevia.
Pour half of TrupWhip into your tiramisu cups and soak the lady fingers to add on top of TruWhip.
Add a layer of apples.
Top with leftover cream and leftover lady finger.
Enjoy!
