Nutritional Benefits From This Recipe:
Of course, protein from the eggs, great source of vitamin B6 and B12! Plus since I am using True Story organic bacon , there are no addition of artificial flavors, colors or other ingredients. The addition of calcium also goes thanks to the cheese.
And for spices, adding real salt, pepper and garlic really amps up any taste and aroma to the recipes; a must and another sneaky way to get some micronutrients such as minerals from the sea salt.
