Apple Cheddar Creamy Brussel Sprouts

Serves 1
Ingredients
3 cups of sliced brussel sprouts
2 tsp of Kinder's Creamy Steak Seasoning (or garlic seasoning)
1/2 tsp of garlic
1/4 tsp of black pepper
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 small sliced of apples
3 slices of cheddar cheese
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Blend the almond milk, 1 tsp of steak seasoning, garlic, pepper and cheese.
Place the brussels in a baking dish.
Top with creamy steak seasoning and blended cheese mix.
Microwave for 6:30 minutes in high.
Top with red pepper flakes and enjoy!
