Apple Cheddar Pie Chimichanga

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Counter Protein Tortilla
1 small chopped apple
2 tbsp of Rx Sugar Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (MARIA20 for discount)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of brown sugar monk fruit
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Toppings
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of brown sugar monk fruit
Instructions
Wash and chop the apples and mix with maple syrup and cinnamon.
Microwave for 2:30 minutes and let it cool down.
Place the apples over a tortilla and top with cheese, and a touch of of brown sugar monk fruit and roll carefully like a burrito.
Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar monk fruit roll in the cinnamon mix.
Ayr fry for 10 minutes at 355.
Let it cool down, serve and enjoy!
