Apple Horchata Cheesecake Wontons

Serves 12 pieces
Ingredients
12 wonton wrappers
1 egg (whisked)
Avocado Oil Spray
Filling
1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
2 pieces of the laughing cow plain cheese (or cream cheese)
2 scoops of Marigold Horchata Collagen
Garnish
3 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
Instructions
Mix the ingredients for the filling.
Brush one wonton at the time with the egg and place some of the filling.
Bring in together the corners and seal with your fingers carefully.
Place them in the air fryer and spray some of the oil.
Air fry for 5-6 minuted at 380F.
Serve on a plate with brown granulated monk fruit and cinnamon.
