Apple Chipotle Ham

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 whole Pederson's Uncured Ham, No Sugar Added
1/2 sliced apple
1/4 sliced red onion
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 cup of applesauce
4 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
3 tbsp of chipotle puree
1 cup of bone broth or water
Instructions
Thaw the ham until it is completely unfrozen(in case it comes frozen).
Place the ham in your instant pot with all the ingredients, try to cover all the ham as you pour the ingredients.
Set your instant pot in HIGH for 10 minutes.
Release pressure naturally.
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
