Apple Crumble Hazelnut Brownies

Serves 9


Ingredients

Base

  • 2/3 cup of oat flour

  • 1/3 cup of cacao powder

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder

  • 2/3 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 2 tsp of Mexican vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of Artisana Market Cacao Hazelnut Butter

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt

Crumble

  • 1 cup of Artisana Market Hazelnut Cacao Granola

  • 1 small apple (finely chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients for the brownies.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Transfer to 12 silicone muffin tins.

  5. Top with granola, sprinkle some water on top to avoid it to burn during baking.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down completely and enjoy!
