We are showing some love to all my Apple Honey Bun Nachos enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding som Manuka Honey, powdered monk fruit, butter flavor drops and dried strawberries, cinnamon, and crumbled graham cookies.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic, and to make it even healthier we are using apples, freeze dried strawberries with Manuka Honey, cinnamon, of course. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see dates recipes another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, Manuka Honey, powdered monk fruit and to keep things sweet some gluten free graham cookies and freeze dried strawberries for an elegant and nourishing touch.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used Premium Manuka Honey but I also love using stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Apple Honey Bun Nachos

Serves 2-4
Ingredients
2 large apples
1 tbsp of crushed graham cookies
1 tbsp of crushed freeze dried strawberries
Honey Bun Glaze
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
1/2 tsp of butter flavor drops
2 tbsp of Premium Manuka Honey
1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Slice the apples, place in a plate, top with strawberries and graham cookies.
Drizzle the glaze and enjoy!
