Apple Peach Pop Tarts

Serves 6


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of puff pastry

  • 1 pack of Simply Dessert Peach Jel Dessert

  • 2 tbsp of Ceres Peach Juice or Medley Fruits

  • 1 cup of chopped apple

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit


Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 385°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped apple with Simply Dessert Peach Jel Dessert and Ceres Peach Juice.

  3. Microwave the mixture for 2:30 minutes until softened.

  4. Roll out the puff pastry and slice it into three equal pieces.

  5. Place a dollop of the apple-peach mixture in the center of each slice.

  6. Fold each pastry slice over and seal the edges using a fork.

  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the sealed pastries.

  8. Sprinkle a little granulated monk fruit on top for added sweetness.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

  10. Allow the Pop Tarts to cool before indulging in their deliciousness!
