This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun healthier twist by using greek yogurt instead of butter, along with some spices to amp up those flavors.
Stuffed with some apples, jalapeño, onion and we are also including some organic gravy to bake the whole turkey, this is also key for major flavor, this recipe is made with all gluten free and low carb ingredients that will please your tastebuds in every bite.

The end result
This are easy to make, moist, flavorful and tender! I think that key here was also the combination of full fat greek yogurt with the gravy, this way the turkey is juicier richer in flavor and just perfect for the holidays!
Gosh! It was good. It's such an easy comfort food; juicy and tender... and one of the best parts is that it's made with less fat but it was still so juicy... pretty effortless compared to other turkey recipes.
This made a huge quantity so you can easily feed about 14-16 people, but of course, we are always down for great leftovers, right?! At the end, no matter how many you'll feed this will be pleasing the crowds!

Apple Sage Jalapeño Baked Turkey

Serves 14-16 servings
Ingredients
1 Diestel Family Ranch Regeneratively Raised Turkey (it was 16lb)
Coating
2 cups of full fat greek yogurt
2 tbsp of Knorr chicken bouillon
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of sea salt
1/2 tbsp of black pepper
1/2 cup of Diestel organic gravy
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh sage
Stuffing
1 chopped apple
1/2 red onion
2 sliced jalapeños
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Remove any filling of the turkey.
Add the ingredients for the stuffing.
Mix the ingredients for the coating and cover completely the turkey over and under the skin. In between wings and legs… also inside.
Since mine was 16lb I baked it for 3:30-4 hours or until the thermometer marked 175F in the breast and 165F in the thigh.
