Apple Walnut Coconut Vegan Cookies

Serves 6 big cookies
Ingredients
1/3 cup of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
2/3 cup of oats
3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of cardamom
1/2 cup of monkfruit
1/2 cup of chopped apple
1/2 cup of raw walnut and cashew butter
1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Create 6 large cookies and bake for 18-20 minutes.
