Apricot Crumble Protein Cheesecake

Serves 1-2 servings
Ingredients
Cheesecake
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 scoop of Ready Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein
2 whole organic eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
Toppings
2/3 cup of chopped apricots
1/2 cup of crushed Ready Nutrition Cinnamon Puffs
1/3 cup of sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.
Mix the ingredients for the toppings.
Pour over a baking dish and bake for 30-32 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Add the toppings and enjoy!
