Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Diestel Family Ranch Turkey Primal Blend

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 3 tablespoons St. Dalfour apricot fruit spread

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Chop the cilantro and set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Diestel Family Ranch Turkey Primal Blend, chopped cilantro, apricot fruit spread, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well-blended.

  3. Form the mixture into 10-12 meatballs, sized like golf balls.

  4. Cook in an air fryer at 355°F for 19 minutes, or bake at 350°F for 24 minutes.
