Asian Salmon Broccoli Bowl

Serves 2 salmons
Ingredients
Salmon:
2 pieces of raised sushi-grade salmon
1 tsp of ginger
1/8 tsp of stevia
½ tsp of garlic powder
⅛ tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tbsp of sriracha sauce
1/4 tbsp of Nutiva Organic Coconut Aminos
Broccoli:
4 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup of sliced carrots
3 tbsp of Nutiva Organic Coconut Aminos
1 tsp of garlic
2 tbs of sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp of chili pepper flakes
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon: Start by carefully removing the skin from the salmon and cutting it into cubes.
Marinate: In a bowl, mix together Nutiva Organic Coconut Aminos, stevia, garlic, black pepper, ginger, sea salt, and sriracha sauce. Marinade the salmon in this mixture for at least 30 minutes to absorb all those irresistible flavors.
Air Fry the Salmon: Place the marinated salmon cubes in your air fryer basket and air fry for 17 minutes at 355°F until cooked through and golden.
