Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
2 cups of shredded chicken
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp of ranch seasoning
1/2 tbsp of pizza seasoning
1 cup of spinach leaves
6 slices of bacon (turkey or pork)
6-8 Gifted Breads Gluten-Free French Dinner Rolls
1/4 cup of avocado mayonnaise
Instructions
Air fry the bacon for 7 minutes at 385F or bake for 10 minutes at 375F.
Mix the shredded chicken with the seasonings and greek yogurt.
Slice the dinner rolls in half and spread mayonnaise in one half of each roll.
Add the spinach, top with chicken, bacon and other bread half.
Serve and enjoy!
