18 wonton wrappers
2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tbsp of Bona Fortuna Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Organic
1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of Bona Fortuna Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/3 cup of goat cheese
9 mint leaves (or substitute with rosemary)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the wonton wrappers: Place two wonton wrappers in each cup of a muffin baking tray. This double-layer helps create a sturdy base for your filling.
