But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the crushed pretzels, Justin's Almond Butter, and also, some bananas, essential.

Keeping it extra delicious, magical and just epic by using some pretzels for the perfect crunch, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, if you want to make it sweetener, I didn't add extra sweeteners, it was just right.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Banana Almond Pretzel Parfait

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 tbsp of Justin's Almond Butter
1 sliced banana
1/2 cup of pretzels
Whipped Cream
Method
In a plastic bag crush some of the pretzels, leave 2 for topping.
Add half of the crushed pretzels on the bottom of a glass.
Mix the greek yogurt with almond butter.
Add a layer of the yogurt over the crushed pretzel layer.
Top with more crushed pretzels followed by more yogurt.
Finally top with whipped cream, sliced banana and pretzels.
Enjoy!
