Banana Cookies & Cream Cake

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
4 thin rice cakes
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of alullose or monk fruit
1 banana (heated in the microwave for 1 minute)
1/3 cup of egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pack of Prozis Protein Cookies and Cream (PURELYHL for discount)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend the rice cakes until you create a flour with it.
Mix with the cinnamon, alullose and then incorporate the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 18 minutes. Let it cool down and enjoy!
