This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Choc Zero Marshmallows with no sugar and also some of Simply Delish Banana Instant Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)... hard to say no to this one!
This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since we are also using vanilla protein, dark chocolate chips, strawberries and pieces of pretzels, some alullose as our sweetener replacement.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.
I simply used sugar-free marshmallows, Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount), and of course some Quinn Honey Salted Pretzels, minimal ingredients... the perfect quick snack!

Banana Split Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1
Ingredients
Base
1 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein (used Whey from Happy Way)
1 tbsp of Simply Delish Banana Instant Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)
Mix-Ins
3 tbsp of mini sugar-free marshmallows
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp of chopped Quinn Honey Salted Pretzels
Instructions.
Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.
Add your toppings (save some for topping) and press Mix-In. Re-Spin 2 times.
Add leftover toppings, roasted the marshmallows with a kitchen torch and enjoy!
