This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the strawberries, banana, honey salted pretzels and also some of Simply Delish Banana Instant Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since we are also using vanilla protein, , strawberries and pieces of pretzels, some alullose as our sweetener replacement.

Banana Split Protein Pudding Parfait

Serves 1


Ingredients

Pudding

Parfait

  • 1 sliced banana

  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of chopped Quinn Honey Salted Pretzels

Instructions.

  1. Beat all the ingredients for the pudding.

  2. Decorate a jar with sugar-free chocolate.

  3. Pour half of the mix and top with half of the parfait ingredients.

  4. Repeat this step one more time and enjoy!
