Banana Split Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich

Serves 1 sandwich
Ingredients
2 Joyffles Oat Powdered Waffles in Banana Chocolate Chip
1 cup of coconut whipped cream
1 sliced banana
1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
Instructions
Place the waffles in the air fryer and spray a bit of ghee spray (or vegan alternative)
Air fry the waffles for 4 minutes at 380F.
Let them cool down.
Add a layer of coconut whipped cream with sliced bananas.
Add another layer of whipped cream with sliced strawberries.
Add a final layer of whipped cream.
Freeze overnight or for a couple of hours.
Enjoy!
