Basic Winter Banana Bread

Serves 6 big slices
Ingredients
1 cup of all purpose gluten-free flour
1/2 cup of chocolate chip granola
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of Wallaby's Whole Milk Aussie Style Greek Yogurt in Vanilla Bean
2 organic whole eggs
1/2 cup of NutPods Any of the Winer Collection Creamers (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for 15% off!)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the banana bread (save some granola for the end).
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the banana bread batter into a loaf silicone loaf mold.
Top with leftover granola.
Bake for 34-38 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice into 6-8 slices and enjoy!
