Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro

  • 3 limes

  • 2 tbsp of pickled jalapeños

  • 2/3 cup of plain greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of crushed Ready Nutrition BBQ Protein Puffs


Instructions

  1. Add the previously washed and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

  2. Slice the ravioli in 4 pieces and mix all the ingredients on a bowl.

  3. Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
