No matter the season, there's always something to celebrate, so these birthday cake churros are just the perfect way to... live life! This recipe is also gluten free, low carb and extremely easy to make and of course, using all the best ingredients such as Super Fat Pancke Mix and Dye-Free Sprinkles.


Cinnamon & birthday cake... in a churro! One of the best parts of this recipe is the no bake part... so basically is just mix, pour and into a churro maker and done... extremely easy! But these churros are just the perfect dessert or snack without all those tons of sugars our bodies don't need.

Cinnamon & birthday cake! Who doesn't love a good churro recipe? And I have been obsessed with my new churro maker from Cucina Pro (Amazon Find) that helped me create these healthy, paleo and keto friendly churros.


To add that extra magical factor of this recipe I also included some of the Super Fat Dye-Free Sprinkles, such a game changer! And it really brings up birthday cake effect we want without any artificial colors.



Key Ingredients:

Adding some cinnamon and using some keto pancake mix to save some steps. I have been also obsessed with this ingredient, it adds volume, creaminess and you can add collagen protein to every recipe too to make them extra nourishing!



Cinnamon and sprinkles, the magic factor! In this occasion I used Super Fat Pancake Mix (PURELYHL for discount), one of my latest obsessions that goes perfect in this recipe. These are simply great for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment.


I mixed it with some cinnamon, stevia to add a little but more of flavor and that churro taste we love, plus some vanilla extract... don't forget the sprinkles too!

Birthday Cake Churros

Ingredients


Method

  1. Blend well the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Preheat your @cucina.pro churro maker.

  3. Add the batter into each churro container, close and cook for 4-6 minutes.

  4. Open the churro maker and repeat this step with leftover batter.

  5. Serve with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
