Birthday Cake Pitaya Ice Cream

Serves 1
Ingredients
Base
1 bottle of Drink Koia Birthday Cake Protein Shake
1 scoop of collagen
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Mix-Ins
5 white chocolate covered cookies
1/4 cup of dragon fruit (pitaya)
Instructions.
Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender or milk frother.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.
Add your toppings (save some for topping) and press Mix-In. Re-Spin 2 times.
Add leftover toppings and enjoy!
