Birthday Cake Protein Scones

Serves 5
Ingredients
3/4 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 cup of gluten-free vanilla cake mix
1/4 tsp of baking salt
4 scoops of Nuzest Vegan Vanilla Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 of granulated monk fruit
1/4 cup of Artisana Market Walnut & Cashew butter
3/4 cup of greek vanilla yogurt
2 whole eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cake batter flavor drops
1/3 cup of dye-free sprinkles
Toppings
Sugar Free Glaze (powdered monk fruit + almond milk)
Dye-Free Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the scones.
Add the vanilla extract, cake drops, yogurt, walnut butter and eggs and mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in the sprinkles.
Create scones, it makes 5-6.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
