Biscoff Crumble Baked Peaches

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 peach
1 tsp pf vanilla extract
1 pack of stevia
1 pinch of sea salt
2 biscoff cookies
Glaze
1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Whipped Cream
Instructions
Slice the peach in half and remove the seed.
Drizzle the vanilla extract and stevia on top and add the pinch of salt.
Air fry for 14 minutes at 355F.
Crumble one biscoff cookie on top of both sliced pears.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the baked pears with it along with the whipped cream, top with the other biscoff cookie. Enjoy!
