This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic vanilla yogurt from Kalona SuperNatural as my secret ingredient that will make this recipe so moist and extra moist... hard to say no to this one!

It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.

Biscoff Jicama Ice Cream

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural organic vanilla yogurt
3 cups of frozen jicama
2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 Chopped Biscoff Cookies
Toppings
Chopped Biscoff Cookies
2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
Method
Blend all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender until fully smooth.
Pour into a jar and serve with toppings.
