This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Choc Zero Marshmallows with no sugar and also some of Simply Delish Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (PURELYHL for discount)... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since we are also using pea protein, lotus cookies, cottage cheese, some alullose as our sweetener replacement.

Biscoff Latte Protein S’mores Frosty

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of of cottage cheese

  • 1 scoop of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tbsp of instant coffee

  • 1 Lotus Biscoff cookie

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 cups of ice

Toppings

  • 3 tbsp of RxSugar sugar free caramel syrup

  • Sugar-Free Marsmallows (used ChocZero)

  • 1 Lotus Biscoff cookie

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the frosty in a blender until fully smooth.

  2. Decorate a jar with sugar free caramel syrup.

  3. Pour into a jar and serve with toppings.

  4. Roast the marshamollows with a kitchen torch.
