Biscoff Protein Donuts

Serves 6 donuts


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of oat flour

  • 6 biscoff cookies

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 tsp of Diamond Crystal baking salt

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla creamer

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt


Sugar-Free Glaze

  • 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 2-3 tbsp of water or almond milk

  • Diamond Crystal Sea Salt Flakes

  • 6 crushed biscoff cookies



Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Crush the cookies.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, save some of the crushed cookies for the end.

  4. Mix in the wet ingredients, and pour the batter into 9 silicone donut molds.

  5. Bake for 24-26 minutes.

  6. Let it cool down.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top your donuts with it.

  8. Enjoy!
