Black Forest VEGAN Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1 large ice cream
Ingredients
1 block of organic soft tofu (frozen)
1/3 cup Rx Sugar Alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 scoops Nuzest Rich Chocolate Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
1/4 cup of Rx Sugar Keto Chocolate Syrup
1 vegan double chocolate bar (used Larabar)
1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
Method
Blend all the ingredients but the chocolate bar and raspberries.
Decorate a glass with the chocolate and serve the ice cream, top with chocolate bar and raspberries.
