For this recipe I kept is very simple but I also wanted to add a twist of some summer flavors such as this cinnamon protein cereal from Iwon Organics and some blackberries, a delight combination that just screams summer. We are keeping it vegan & gluten free as well!

Blackberry Cheesecake Cereal Popsicles

Serves 10 servings


Cooking time: overnight in the freezer.

Prep Time: 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Iwon Organics - Cinnamon Protein Cereal

  • 1 cup of dairy free yogurt

  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

  • 6 packs of stevia

  • 1/2 cup of blackberries


Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients completely (except for the black berries).

  2. Place the blackberries on the bottom of 10 popsicle molds.

  3. Pour over the "cheesecake" batter.

  4. Freeze for a couple of hours.

  5. Enjoy!
