Bourbon Sirloin Steak Jalapeño Carbonara

Serves 2 serving
Ingredients
2 AdapTable Meals Smokey Bourbon Sirloin Steaks
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 1/4 cup of bone broth
4 roasted jalapeños
2 slices of cooked bacon
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
4 cups of cooked spaghetti squash
Garnish
Cilantro
Red Onion
Instructions
Place your steaks in your instant pot with 3/4 cup of water or bone broth.
Cover and cook for 24 minutes in medium.
Blend the roasted jalapeños with 1/2 cup of bone broth, seasonings and cottage cheese.
Once the steak have cooked serve with cooked spaghetti squash, sauce and chopped bacon, you can add more roasted jalapeño por garnish.
