Brioche Bread Pumpkin Spice Tres Leches

Serves 6 serving


Ingredients

  • 6 St. Pierre Brioche Roll Buns

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of Nut Pods coffee creamer in cookie butter (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for 15% off!)

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 2 tbsp of condensed milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 whole organic egg


Maple Glaze

  • 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 1 tbsp of water

  • 2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the wet ingredients for the tres leches.

  3. Place the brioche buns in a greased baking dish and poke some holes with a chopstick.

  4. Soak the brioche bread with the tres leches mix.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Mix the ingredients for the glaze.

  7. Let them cool, top with sugar-free maple glaze and enjoy!
