Ensure the Butter is Perfectly Browned: Take care to not overcook the butter; a light brown color gives the best flavor without burning.
Pop Your Own Corn: For optimal freshness, consider popping your own kernels instead of using pre-packaged popcorn. It’s healthier and you can control the seasoning.
Mix Thoroughly: When combining the popcorn and marshmallow mixture, ensure that all the popcorn is coated for balanced flavor.
Press Firmly in the Mold: When transferring the mixture to the bundt cake mold, make sure to press down firmly to help it hold its shape when removed.
Allow to Chill: Don’t skip the refrigeration step; this helps the cake firm up beautifully for easier slicing.
