Brownie Cookie Custard Vegan Bars

Serves 9 bars


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Evo Hemp Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2/3 cup of Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1/4 cup of dutch cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter

  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Banana Custard


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Stir all the dry ingredients for the brownie base, then mix the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.

  3. Spread the batter in an 8x8 silicone baking dish.

  4. Blend all the ingredients for the banana custard.

  5. Pour over the brownie layer and create swirls with a fork.

  6. Top with chopped bars and brown granulated monk fruit.

  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
