Okay, so personally I'm a fan of brownies and peanut butter. Separately make me happy and together these just make me go crazy! Such a brilliant combination that everyone needs in their life. And if you are here then you are expecting the goods, so I'll give you goods!

About these Brownie Peanut Butter Dipped Bars:

These are super super easy to make, you don't need to cook or anything. Grab your ingredients and let's get started. I used keto bars for this extremely easy recipe, stuffed it with my favorite vegan and low carb recipe and dipped them in greek yogurt, pretty basic right?

Need a sweet snack for that sweet tooth? These are perfect whether you struggle with insulin resistance because the combination of healthy fats from your favorite keto bar and the combination of protein is just perfect on keeping those glucose levels at bay.

Plus the healthy fats and the protein we are also using granulated monk fruit as our sweetener, and the sweetener your bar has; I recommend allulose, monk fruit or stevia when it comes to choosing a product with a sweetener. If your belly is not super sensitive you can use erythritol.

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these Brownie Peanut Butter Dipped Bars:

Super basic right? Most of them you might already have in your pantry! The protein powder is something that always have because it goes beyond just protein shakes; you can also use it to create amazing recipes! Here in the blog I've got a few amazing ones using Nuzest, the best protein powder because of the taste and texture (use PURELYHL for Nuzest discount)

We are dipping these cookies in greek yogurt sweetened with monk fruit with a nice touch of granulated monk fruit and vanilla extract. And guys, seriously this is really a step up of a usual or regular protein or snack bar.

You can have fun with the toppings! I used crushed peanuts, shredded keto chocolate, pomegranate seeds and a churro combination of cinnamon and granulated monk fruit. You can also use keto sprinkles, chocolate chips... the ideas are endless!

The full instructions will be below along with the nutritional information per serving. A good gluten and low carb epic bar that will be even a good snack or treat for any time of the day! Even to share with your friends while watching a movie!

Overall this recipe is:

  • Low Carb

  • Keto Friendly

  • Gluten Free

  • Meal Prep Friendly

The end result

The combination is just amazing! For real, super easy and super flavorful at the same time. You thought that you could make a simple keto bar so epic? The combination of the Vanilla Protein works so nice with the bar; creamy filling with a crunchy and soft bar.

The greek yogurt with the toppings of choice also creates a different experience that you are going to love! Love the extra chocolate from the shredded chocolate or the crunch of the peanuts, cinnamon goes so well with chocolate and with peanut butter? Forget it, it's amazing.
