Ingredients:
1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
1/2 cup of Rancho Pecan pecan flour
1 scoop of Equip Foods grass-fed vanilla protein
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking salt
1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit sweetener
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup of almond butter
2 large organic eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup Rancho Pecan crushed pecans
1 crumbled Elavi protein brownie (use “PHL” for a discount)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, pecan flour, Equip Foods protein powder, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and baking salt. Stir until well mixed.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the almond butter, brown granulated monk fruit sweetener, granulated monk fruit sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
