Brussel Sprouts Sage Bacon Quinoa & Rice Salad

Ingredients
Instructions
In a microwave friendly bowl add the Instant Rice & Quinoa with the water and microwave for 10 minutes.
Chop the bacon and start cooking on a skillet at medium heat.
Add the red onion, sage and brussel sprouts, cook until bacon is fully cooked.
Once cooked, mix in the cooked rice and add in the seasonings.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
