  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper powder

  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cups of spinach

For the Topping Sauce


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the French Toast Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk, sea salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of Patak's Butter Chicken Sauce. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Dunk the Buns: Cut the fluffy buns in half and dunk each half in the mixture, making sure they are well coated.

  3. Air Fry to Perfection: Preheat your air fryer to 385°F (196°C). Place the coated buns in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Cook the Eggs: In a skillet set to medium heat, add coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. Crack your eggs into the skillet, season with sea salt and black pepper, and cook until they reach your desired doneness.
