Butternut Squash Cinnamon Crunch Bread

Serves 6 big slices
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup of cinnamon cereal (crushed)
2/3 of granulated monk fruit
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of almond extract
1/2 cup of butternut squash puree
Sugar-Free Crumble Topping
1/2 cup of cinnamon cereal (crushed)
1/3 cup of sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients for the bread in a bowl.
Add in the rest of the ingredients until fully incorporated.
Transfer silicone baking loaf dish.
Mix the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl, top the bread with it and spread it.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice into 6-8 slices and enjoy!
